That's it.
That is the cycle of my life tonight.
My heart was broken and I cried.
Boy did I cry.
The tears were so good.
Then I laughed, it was joyous.
And finally I enjoyed some homemade mac n' cheese curtesy of my best friend.
This is how we survive the up's and down's of life.
